Simulation of wave surge (tsunami waves) in Los Angeles/Long Beach demonstrates how we can use modern science and technology for forecasting and evaluation of the role of ecosystems, and ecological-engineering hybrid solutions, and help communities make critical decisions for their natural resources and people. Thanks and credit to Pat Lynette for collaborations and simulations.
